Tf is going on with me

I just had a really bad UTI. Like, terrible. I was bleeding a lot out of my urethra and all of that... it wasn’t fun at all... well at the hospital they never took samples of my blood... only tested my urine. I’m on day 4 of antibiotics and today my hip bones, ribs, and lower back ache like I just got out of surgery. I don’t know how else to explain it but it fucking hurts like hell. What do I do?
