Pandemic Pregnancy 24 weeks

Am

Never in a million years did I envision perhaps my only pregnancy at 38 to be during a pandemic! Mostly just want to use this platform as a sounding board... am I wrong in feeling bummed out for not being able to do normal first time mommy things (baby shower, pamper, and shop) or have normal doctors visits with my husband while we bask in the joy of our first child... I find myself feeling anxious and scared and sad. Am I alone in feeling this way? People around me tell me that it’s all for the best and number one priority is keeping myself and baby healthy... I just can’t help feeling sorry for myself and robbed of this experience 😢 hormones are really coming in hot too! Share your stories on how you keep things in perspective during all of this crazy... would be nice to feel like I’m not alone.
