I’m in denial...

I just found out that I’m pregnant with my second child:.. I can’t wrap my head around it... I took 2 different tests and they’re positive, I just can’t accept it, I’m so scared and worried, I’m getting married next month, I just weaned my 2y old and I felt like I had everything under control, I was also trying to lose weight with keto... I was so ready to gain some of the old me back :( I want to be happy but I just can’t right now
