Possible prolapse.....worried sick...advice?

I had a hysteroscopy and uterine biopsy last week. I had some moderate bleeding afterwards and cramping. It’s been almost a week and I’m still just crampy and everything feels heavy down there.

For the last two days I’ve had some strange things going on...my stomach will hurt like I need to use the restroom, but I can’t

go all the way. (Sorry, TMI).

I went to do a cervix check and it felt super super low and open. I feel like the inside part of my vagina is protruding our more, and it almost feels like I have a tampon in, but I don’t. It’s a very irritating feeling.

I haven’t had sex since the procedure, and I’m very nervous. Do you think this was caused from my procedure or is a possible prolapse? I’m a little freaked out. I feel silly messaging my doctor. I don’t know what to do.
