I’ve been losing weight this past 6 months , I used to be 135 now I am 110 and I cannot get past that smh. My stomach shrank or something because now I can’t finish a whole plate of food, sometimes I’ll only eat a couple bites and be done for the rest of the day 💁🏽♀️ i start feeling sick when I feel like I eat too much and then I start getting sick if I smell food and I’m not hungry 🙄 why??
