I was wondering about how many days you ladies bleed during your period?

I quit pills 3 years ago and my period is very regular, 28 days but my bleeding is getting less and less. Lately I bleed for one day and spot one or two more and that is it lol On my teen years I had 5 straight with lots of cramps.

I am on my 30s now!

Even listed as normal 2 to 7 days of bleeding, I am just wondering how many other ladies experience this super short bleeding time.
