Advice needed !!
Hey I usually have 29/30 days regular cycle , This month my period got delayed which says I am CD 35 , had been facing very mild cramps
Since 7:8 days , bloating , constipation, irritable bowl movements , yesterday night had mild pain light pink col discharge then dark brown spotting , now I today afternoon saw a sudden heavy red color flow 😕 seems like AF arrived ... is this phenomenon normal or seek doc investigation??
