Pregnant after my 4th csection on sept .2019

I’m beyond terrified and I’m was currently on birth control (iud) copper . I just found out I’m pregnant . I have a 10 month old baby and was happy I had completed my family . I feel sad and disappointed of being pregnant , it was not planned and I m so scared for any complications or life threating circumstances. I didn’t at all have any complications on my c section and my two last babies are 7 years apart .but this pregnancy is way to close to my baby . I’m so scared !!!!
