Asymptomatic UTI or...?

Here's a timeline of my situation:

Sunday: had quite rough intercourse with partner (did pee right after sex and it burnnned ??) - Following day: burned to pee a little but not a lot - 2 days later to now: constantly feel like having to pee, not voiding completely, and even peed myself a little before falling asleep last night 😭😳 (doesn't burn to pee though)

Other things: recently started birth control, am on a couple antidepressants, and under the age of 21....

I don't know what's wrong and I'd really like to not wet the bed.. any advice/ideas? Thanks

Edit: I said asymptomatic bc UTIs are typically painful but I don't have pain, just my bladder being weird I guess
