Anyone else have an hormonal IUD and now suffers from severely recurring yeast/BV??

I have the Skyla, have had it for 2.5 years, and have had I can't even count anymore how many yeast and BV infections, usually concurrently or BV comes after Yeast clears... Recently just had a yeast infection and I did monistat for a week (thankfully no BV this time) and that was not even a whole month ago, and now I have it again... Already stripped fragrance from literally every part of my vagina's life (even from my bf's 🍆) and I take Pro-B pills every day... Idk what else to do 😩😩😩

I have had one yeast infection since getting the IUD and it’s been hard to get rid of. I got it because I got put on antibiotics. I was prescribed fluconzole (might have spelled that wrong) by my primary care dr. 
I’m about to see my gynecologist and get tested for BV because it’s like going away and coming back over and over.

The entire time I have been fighting it and I got so many other problems now like Hormonal issues my eggs are huge acne fluid in my pelvic and ovaries just so much comes with this
