Fever

My little one work up from a really late nap last night to a fever of 102 so I quickly worked to put some rags on her, gave her some Tylenol and it helped a bit.

She was hot throughout the night but was in the low 100s and now she’s staying just before 100, around 99.6, should I be worried?

With this whole COVID thing going on I’m kinda really freaking out😩 Usually I’m calm! A fever usually isn’t a big problem but now my heads going to all these what ifs 😩 Help mommas
