TMI .... hmmm😥

So yesterday morning I wiped and saw pinkish on the toilet paper. I thought my period was coming so I put a pad on. NOTHING happened no spotting it stopped like for an hour . Idk if it was implatantion it never happened to me before my period and my period is in 5 days. I took a test after I spot but negative right now I’m 8dpo. I been having cramping a little bit, headaches, fatigue and heartburn has this happened to anyone???
