nipple discharge? normal or not???

for the past maybe 2-3 years i’m not really sure how long it’s been, but every once in a while (not constantly) there will be clear but a tiny bit cloudy liquid coming out of only my right breast. and it only comes out if i kind of like “milk” my breast aka squeeze it. (btw i know it’s not breast milk cause i’m not pregnant and never have been)

so i wanted to come on here and ask if that has happened for anyone else and if it’s normal or something to be worried about?
