Help - I don’t feel right

Please help. I’ve had these chronic headaches since Monday. No swelling and my blood pressure if anything is slightly on the low side. I’ve been bed bound the last couple of days due to the dizziness, started vision and lightheaded ness. Haven’t even been able to look after my children or shower it’s that bad. Went to my doctors beginning of week and sad it’s normal and should pass.

This can’t be normal. It’s worse and I don’t know what it could be. I’ve had two other pregnancies (one twin) and never experienced this. I don’t feel right.

Anyone have any knowledge. Thanks
