Breast pain and pregnancy
My boobs have never hurt so bad in my life. If I sleep without a bra, I have to sleep on my back. If I roll over at all, I’m woken up immediately because my boobs hurt so bad. If I sleep with a bra on, I’m so uncomfortable sleeping sucks anyway (but at least it dims the pain).
Ugh does anyone have any recommendations on how to help the pain?
