Water has always tasted like metal to me so I literally never drink plain water, it makes me so nauseous 🤢. Between diet Snapple, decaf black tea, Diet Coke and milk I probably only drink about 60oz a day max.

I make sure to carry my water bottle around with me all day wherever I go! This helped a lot with my water intake, always having it there.

I drink 4 of these a day. it's 32oz. so 128oz a day. much easier for me than drinking a ton of small bottles or glasses

I try for 64oz when I'm not pregnant, 80oz when I am. Cold water being available definitely helps me. Using the water flavoring things. I have a 40oz bottle I can refill so if I drink 2 of those, I'm good. Or right now, I'm reusing some 30 oz bottles so 2 2/3 of one of those in a day and I'm good.
