Next week I'm getting a transvaginal ultrasound done cuz then I'm 8 weeks pregnant but...

This maybe sounds childish but the thought of somebody I don't know seeing and potentially touching my vagina makes me sick to my stomach cuz when I was 17 a man r*ped me.

Does anybody have tips to overcome that fear or to calm me down? Would really appreciate it

And please don't be rude cuz I'm really ashamed of that feeling
