Hows your LO speech?

Question

My dd will be turning 2 in 3 weeks but is only able to string 2 words together. I am wondering if this is the norm or if she should be stringing 3 by now. I know it is bad ti compare, but I know other kids same age that are stringing 3 words already.

We have about 6 words we can say clearly. He cannot piece together two words yet. Got evaluated by speech therapy and they say they’ll come and he’s fine 😩

She literally started doing two or three words a week ago. It’s like a switch went off! Little chatterbox.

My son can say 4-5 words together in a sentence. There is a big range of normal though! If you are concerned, ask her doctor

My boy turned 2 on the 23rd and he has no words yet, lots of ‘talking’ but no clear words.
Good non-verbal communication and everything else is fine.
He goes to speech, they don’t really know why, just some kids. So he goes quite regularly and they teach him a bit of sign language too. Maybe just being lazy and letting his siblings talk for him or maybe he h thinks he is talking in long sentences.
I’m not overly worried.

Stringing 5+ words together for example my cat was getting her legs today and she said "Blue stop dont want get me please"

He says help me and me help a lot. No daddy, no mommy. Not too many other words connected to other words

My son loves to sing but he doesn’t really talk in sentences with more than 2-3 words. I wouldn’t worry about speech until 3. I’m pretty sure Einstein didn’t speak much as a kid either so at this age definitely not an indicator of a delay.

Kinsley’s speech amazes us. It’s not something I’ve been super insane about working on with her, it’s just seems to come naturally to her. 
In May she started singing Happy birthday for my mom’s birthday, then daddy’s birthday was in June and her other grandma’s was in July so she’s got it down pat now. She also sings a couple of other songs.
She can count to 10 (always misses seven tho) and say “ready or not here I come!” She’s also stringing together 4 & 5 word sentences on her own too. Things like, “look daddy, I upside-down!”
We have had to start watching what we say because now she’s starting to copy words and phrases. Sometimes the words are super clear, other times not so much. I don’t think this is normal though. So I’m definitely not expecting this with baby #2.

Mine can’t and I’ll probably be sending him to a speech therapist to investigate why. I know since the pandemic im a full time worker and he was taken out of daycare. So maybe it’s that but I’m nervous over autism.

My daughter only says a few things together “there it is” “I’m done”. But her vocabulary is really good. She knows shapes and colors already which I think is pretty impressive for an almost 2 year old. She learns words super fast. I’ve lost count of how many different words she can say. I wouldn’t worry too much, I’m not.
