I gave birth to my 4th son the day after my oldest son birthday. I now have 3 June babies! I woke up June 29th with some small contractions and I didn’t really think anything of it because my stomach was so upset and I figured that’s why I was having contractions. I went to the bathroom and wiped and had some pink mucus and I messaged my husband and let him know I still didn’t think anything of it because the week before I had a bit of pink mucus

. I then went to take a nap just Incase it was the real deal. Well I close my eyes and bam my contractions start kicking in at first they were 5 min apart. I called my husband and told him come home now! He works a hour away. I’m just hoping that my water doesn’t break because with my last baby once my water broke my son was out and the doctors said the same thing will happen with this one. My husband finally gets home and we get to the hospital I am 7cm and 90 effaced. They get me in a room and set up a IV for antibiotics since i was positive for group B. my doctor comes in a hour later and checks how far I am. I’m still the same and she can feel my water bag but tells me she’s not going to break because she wants me to get the second dosage which will be at 2pm. Even though I’m in MASSIVE pain and I REFUSE to get the epidura

l all I’m hoping is I make it to 2 o’clock so my baby can get his antibiotics. Well it’s 1:45 and I’m screaming in pain now and the nurse rushes In and starts the 2nd dosage she then checks my cervix and I am 10cm dilated. The doctor comes in and asks if it’s okay for her to break my water and I’m just like fuck yes please!!! She breaks my water and 3 pushes later he’s here. He was born at 2:05 pm and weighed 8Ibs 11oz and was 19.25 inches long.
