Nipple piercing won’t heal

I’ve had my nipples pierced for a year and a half now and they will not heal.

I’ve kept bandaids over them to protect them, I have lightly torn one of them but it healed up. I wash them with soap (gentle soap) and water but they won’t heal.

It’s the part at the holes that won’t heal. They may crust over but they won’t heal.

I recently took off my bandage that I had on one of them and there was scratch where the bandaid had been but I don’t know how it got there. And if looks like there’s a dent in my nipple

Please help!
