Male factor and female factor

I always had undiagnosed infertility. all my labs came back normal went on clomid for one month and got pregnant. Now we are trying for baby number two and I think we have male factor now. My husband is having a difficult time getting turned on since he started feeling ill. Dr thinks he has ibs, but they are still in the process or ruling things out. I wasn’t sure if there something he could take or if we go to the dr something he can take while we are trying.

It’s getting frustrating bc I’m 35 and with my infertility issues originally I don’t think I have much time left.

Right now he’s on a fertility aid, just stated cq10 and he was trying horny goat weed.
