Did metformin change your period?
Sorry if this is TMI.
Usually my periods are, well, horrible as usual. Big clots etc (I have PCOS). It's also very heavy and dark blood. Always has been.
First month on metformin, and my period now is just as heavy but the blood is much lighter and the clots are barely the size of my baby finger nail, if not smaller. The blood is very bright.
Is this normal on metformin? Does it change your period?
