Nail biting
So I've been biting my nails since I was little, often to where I would bleed. But as a teen I just can't seem to kick this habit. I've tried fake nails, panting them, even that gross nail paint but nothing seems to work. It has gotten to a point where I also bite the skin around my nails. Any ideas?
