Possible ectopic

For the last week and a few days I’ve been doing expectant management for a possible EP or other miscarriage because I had no real symptoms and hcg was dropping, so they believed it was resolving on its own.

HCG dropped slowllllyyy over a period of 3 tests, 499, 485, 450.

No real pain, no bleeding, just bloat that has resided.

They couldn’t find anything on ultrasound. Not a sack, not an EP, no blood.

My test Monday came back at 519.

Should I have another ultrasound? I’m so confused
