Yess even if I JUST peed and I cough or sneeze I pee a little in my pants like wtf

Yes. This is my 4th (and last) baby, and I have peed myself a little with coughing or laughing. 🥺 I have never had this issue before, but I also haven't been on top of pelvic floor exercises such as squats and pelvic thrusts like I should. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yup! And I'll go weeks being fine and then today out of nowhere, I sneeze peed at least 4 times. So annoying.

I have somehow never had issues with this. Not during my first pregnancy, or after, or during this one. 
It actually makes me kinda nervous because I wonder if my pelvic floor is too tight. My first son got stuck when I was in labor. I made it to 9.5cm and had to have a c section. Makes me worry it’ll happen again. Probably irrational but what part of pregnancy brain isn’t?

Yes! I feel like I’m going crazy, it’s so annoying. I actually had to go buy pads the other day. I’m so ready for baby to arrive, I don’t want to share my body anymore.
