Movement

Does anyone notice that your baby goes long periods of time without movement? Is this normal because I’ve noticed it recently with mine. I track his movements in my phone my tracking the date and time of when I feel him and I’ve noticed sometimes he goes along time without me noticing anything- granted sometimes I’m moving that entire time so it’s harder to feel movements but other time I will sit or lay multiple times and still not feel much. Like today I didn’t notice any movement from 2 until about 9:15 (he started moving a ton after I had some cookies and milk 🤣) I just worry when I don’t feel movement for a long period of time.
