Abscess after retrieval

Has anyone experienced an abscess in their ovary after the egg retrieval? I’m in so much pain it’s unbearable. It’s on the backside of my ovary near my colon so I can’t go to the bathroom without excruciating pain. FS said protocol is to admit me to hospital but with Covid she doesn’t want to risk things. So she sent me home with extremely strong antibiotics and is going to consistently be checking my white blood counts. If they elevate or if I get worsening pain or a temp over 100.4 I have to be admitted to the hospital. She jsut kept saying “this is extremely uncommon and can be serious if we don’t stay on top of it.” Then I made the mistake of going down the Google path and now I’m freaking myself out 😭🥺😫😓
