Spicing up the sex life- tips/ideas

Need tips advice! My boyfriend recently said he feels frustrated during sex sometimes because he wants me to do more. (Gotta love the fact that I asked what he would like more of and couldn’t answer the damn question)

The truth is, I struggle a lot with some self image and self esteem, and it can get a bit obvious during sex. I’m also allowing things from my past surface during moments that I want to be intimate. It’s a daily battle but I do feel like sexually I’ve explored more with him than anyone I’ve dated in the past. I’m a work in progress lol.

Is there anything you ladies do in the bedroom that your man loves? I want to start showing him that I hear him and I’m open to more. Just so hard for me to take that step!! Ugh. Any advice is sooo much appreciated. 🥺
