Should I get a BBL before or after having a baby ?

My partner and I are trying to conceive but I am also saving up for a butt lift, not sure if I should get it done before or after we conceive. Because realistically we’ve been trying for a year and still nothing but then of course if I get this surgery now it’ll be even longer til we even try again.

Has anyone had a bbl done before they got pregnant? Did the pregnancy ruin the results?
