Bottles in middle of night

The last couple nights my baby won’t take my breastmilk bottles and I think it’s because they e gone bad. I oump before bed and usually have it sit at room temp til he wakes but now he’s sleeping longer. Heating a bottle takes over five minutes and he’s screaming and wide awake. How do you pumping moms do it? I don’t know what to do to help keep him calm and sleepy while waiting for bottle.
