What is this? Pregnant? Implantation?

Started bleeding/ spotting pink on the 16th which turned to brown discharge. Then tonight I went to to pick up my boyfriend from work and I felt myself bleeding and when i got home I went to the restroom and when I wiped it looked like this... a couple days before I started bleeding/ spotting I took my birth control patch off a day late and put the patch on the next day so I fucked up rotation.

my period is supposed to start in a week from today. Of course you look up bleeding a week before period and it says pregnancy & implantation bleeding?
