Pain after sex?

Hey, so I’m a teen (16). And me and my boyfriend have been together since 5th grade😂 and just recently started having sex. (We use protection, are responsible, and parents know so please don’t lecture) so I tired talking to my mom about this but I just don’t trust it because she will typically talk to everyone else about my business. But I noticed that after I have sex with my boyfriend, I go pee like normal but every single time it has hurt like hell to pee. Is this normal?! We were both virgins obviously if we’ve been our first everything since 5th grade but could it be a std? I went to the doctors for a UTI and bladder infection but both came back negative.
