Pain after orgasming

hi! i know this is a weird topic but i started noticing something weird happening, it started two weeks ago maybe? whenever i orgasm (whether it’s by myself or with someone else) i feel pain afterwards in my lower abdomen, it feels like a period cramp at first then settles into a stomachache :/ it didn’t do that before, i thought it could’ve been my period but it only started yesterday and the pain started before then so it could’ve been pms too but i don’t know. i can still enjoy my orgasms for a few seconds but it instantly starts to hurt and i feel uncomfortable, it usually spreads to my lower back after a few minutes. is it just due to my period?
