If you’re not doing whole milk, what alternative are you trying?

Please help! whole milk is not going so well. He’s super constipated and overall doesn’t like it.

Following. My guy has been on Nutramigen forever because he has a milk protein allergy. He won’t be 1 until 8/29 so I’ll ask his ped at his 1 year appointment but curious what others say

My son has been loving almond milk but unfortunately I don’t think it’s very nutritionally comparable to cows milk... I’m not too worried about it personally since he is still BF. 
I’ve been hearing a lot about ripple (pea milk) lately... maybe look into that?

I hear ripple milk is a very good substitute to cows milk. My guys loves cows milk so we haven’t tried any others

Soy and coconut seem to be the closest nutritionally wise to cows milk so we’re going with coconut. I make my own, it’s super easy and cheap. Also delicious!
Side note, we plan on only giving 2 cups of milk per day, as she is a great eater and gets her nutrition elsewhere
