TTC after early miscarriage - not had period yet

Hey peeps

Bit longwinded. But if anyone can provide some advice or hope it would be very much appreciated.

Sunday 21 June-positive pregnancy test

Spotted/bled all week but pregnancy tests kept getting stronger. Boobs were agony. Nauseous AF

Saturday 27th June - ended up in hospital

Sunday 28th June - Miscarriage confirmed

Sunday 5th July- Barely there positive

Sunday 19-Monday 20 July - Heavy spotting and left side pain

Saturday 25 July (today) - no pain at all, sensitive breasts and very light spotting.

When did people first get their period after miscarriage at roughly 5.5 weeks.

And has anyone got pregnant again without having a period first.
