Unmedicated round

This month I decided to see a different Dr that many of people referred me to but I was stupid and never went.  He checked my blood and did a few sonograms and I do produce follicles on my own but what is going on my blood work shows I ovulated and my sonogram shows that my follicle grew and shows no ovulation. Anyone else have had the same issue? They said next month I will have to trigger and the day after thanksgiving go in fora uterine scratch. That stinks because now I can't go home for Thanksgiving and if I hold off a month it will be Christmas.
