Miscarried again

Since yesterday I was bleeding and I had cramps and today in the morning when I went to the bathroom I saw something really thick and I didnt knew if I miscarriage or what . I just got back from my doctor and yes , at 7 weeks I miscarried again . My first miscarriage was 14+1 (17th Feb 2020) and this was 7 weeks (27th Jul 2020) I just cant say anything I am so sad and tired of it but I hope god has a plan for me too 😣😣😣
