Need Calming Down

Having slight panic that I'm going to go into early labor again 😭

I was walking in from the garden (outside no more than five minutes) and became suddenly nauseous. Made it inside and realized I was lactating, went to lay down and had a sudden onset of needing to use the restroom. I'm laying down again. I feel so sick and like I could poop again and baby is just kicking like crazy. It all came out of nowhere and what worries me is that I was lactating with it all and don't feel fully relieved and I feel hot but no fever. I'm also having severe heartburn 😫
