Off topic - Apple Watch Movement Goal
For those who have and wear an Apple Watch while pregnant, what do you have your movement goal set to? With my desk job, I feel like in order to get the 500 movement goal I have to do exercise each day and I’m not trying to overdo it but still want to remain competitive and close my bands.
