Bleeding and Darker Positive Test?

I got a positive test Wednesday and got faint positives never getting darker then on Saturday I started spotting red then Sunday I started bleeding and cramping and today I’m still bleeding but I’ve been testing because it was early and I figure the test lines would be darker but even using afternoon and night urine I’m getting darker lines. I don’t know if this is related or what’s really happening. Just wanna hear similar experiences or advice. I will probably try and get an appointment with my doctor this week.
