Bleeding after Orgasms

I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant. Every time I orgasm, I bleed! I mean, bright red blood... Not much but enough where my doctor says to refrain from sex just to be safe. Anyone had these issues? Me and my SO have been having sex still, but as long as I don't get the big 'O' there's no bleeding issues. Help 😥
