Baby acne?

Her pediatrician only told me to wash her face daily but it isn’t helping. I’ve cut out dairy from my diet a week ago as well to see if that had anything to do with it.
Have any of you found a remedy for baby acne that worked for your child?

Leave it alone. About the worst thing to do is wash it. 
Breastmilk is about really only thing that would be ok to put on it, otherwise leave it alone and it will go away eventually.

Dairy protein intolerance is more of bloody stools, diarrhea (10+ poop diapers a day), severe gassiness, colic, rashes everywhere, projectile puking.

Breast milk. I think someone recommended aquaphor to me but I don’t think I used it. I rubbed some breast milk on it a few times but it didn’t seem to bother my baby so I just left it alone. It clears up on it’s own eventually.

Bread milk is basically a Magic cure all lol It cleared your my daughters baby acne almost immediately. Like seriously within a day or two.

Like everyone else said, breast milk works wonders. My baby started getting bad acne around 2 weeks old, I started dabbing her face with a cottonball with breast milk twice a day and it got significantly better

She looks very ‘new’. Their skin is so sensitive when they’re so little, like others said, breastmilk and time are the best cures. Don’t put anything else on it. It’ll clear up on its own

I tried adding breastmilk and it actually made it worse.. keeping it dry and cleaning it once daily with just some water and a cloth helped it clear up so much faster! The only thing I noticed is the breastmilk helped a little with the redness but nothing else and more pimples came after putting my breastmilk 😭
