Birth control after miscarriage

Hi ladies if you are reading this thank you for your support. I’m now 2 months after my last miscarriage I was 24weeks had a boy on May 9th. At my check up after having him I wanted to go on birth-control my dr recommended that I go on a low hormone pill and prescribed Logynon. I’ve had bf pills before but this is the first time on Logynon. I’m afraid to get pregnant again (still having nightmares) so I’ve been taking the pill as prescribed I still have period tracker apps on my phone and according to it I am ovulating. I’ve been having breast pain and cramps and also night sweats (only have night sweats when I’m pregnant) or so I thought. And I can’t visit my dr at the moment due to rises in COVID 19 cases. I don’t usually have breast pain and cramping during ovulation. Has anyone else had these symptoms or similar after starting birth-control after a late Miscarriage?
