RASH ON MY VAG

Hey guys so I’ve had a problem for almost three weeks now. I’ve noticed a rash mainly on the vulva area in the folds near the labia minora. Its almost like there’s small splits in my skin and sometimes they bleed. I’m not sexually active and it’s not from masturbation as it kinda hurts to do so. My only guess is that I work full time and I’m mostly outside in 90+ deg F weather I’m not so breathable clothes. So maybe it’s like a heat rash or like diaper rash. I’ve put on Neosporin and it kinda helps. But even if I wipe a little too hard or try to clean myself in the shower the healing tears will rip back open 😭 help!!
