Social Anxiety and normal anxiety

Lockdown has really got to me. This week was the first week of being back at my dance studio. I love my dance studio so much but I had so much anxiety going back. I couldn’t walk in on my own cause I didn’t want to feel stupid. I also got extremely nervous that I was showing up for the wrong class at the wrong time and checked the timetable 5 times (it was a 10 minute walk) also my mum said something to me about there being a second spike in the uk with COVID and stuff. I immediately went upstairs and cried about it and my brain trailed into so many bad thoughts especially with the possibility of a second lockdown and not coping. I need advice to cope with the anxiety. Please help and thank you for taking your time to read this all ❤️
