Is he waiting for me to text him or am I getting ghosted?

So this guy that I hang out with and do stuff with that I see like once a week, things were going really good. We talked about even going on a date awhile ago, but it still hasn’t happened. I’ve known him for a few years and we’ve done stuff together before. Lately, well the past 2 days, he’s been ignoring my snapchats, well my streaks. Which he normally responds? And he’s like the first to watch all my stories. I haven’t hit him up because I’m scared he doesn’t wanna talk to me so I don’t text him first bc I feel that way. Idk. Should I try texting him? I truly have feelings for him and he knows this. Idk what’s going on. Opinions pls!!
