Meaning of flag hard
Someone told me last night that I flag hard .
What does that mean ? I think it means either I play too much or I lead him on .
Background info - he has been trying to hang out for months and I’m always like yea sure never give a exact time or place but when it comes time to hang out or him texting me to hang out , I ignore him .
