Devastated

I am completely torn. My fiance and I were expecting our first. We were 5 weeks! Everything seemed like it was going smoothly,until the weekend. It began as mild cramping which I thought was normal then it got progressively worse, then all of a sudden I felt a rush.. and i stood up and ran to the bathroom to find so much blood in my underwear. It looked like a motorcycle accident TMI I know. We rushed to the hospital as fast as we could and we immediately got in. And turned out I had a miscarriage.. we are heartbroken
