Testing for COVID? TMI

Soo I’ve been having diarrhea for the past 5 days... I feel fine otherwise. No fever, nothing that.. I occasionally get nauseous sometimes but not very often. My mother-in-laws neighbor has been recently tested positive for COVID and the only symptom he had was diarrhea. I have not come in contact with them. My husband and kids don’t have it. Accept my 10 month old. It comes and goes for him. Have any of you been tested for it with only one symptom? How did you go about getting tested? Do I call my doctor?
