I was at the Dr yesterday for 34 week appt and she said if you have more than 6 contrations in an hr, stop what your doing, hydrate and lay on left side. If they continue head to L & D.

What I failed to clarify with her is does that mean ALL contractions, even the Braxton Hicks? I just assumed she meant real ones...

I've had BHs with my last 3 pregnancies (I swear I never felt them with my first 2 lol)but never as many as I have with this baby!!! I definitely get 5 or 6 an hr several hrs of the day, normally late afternoon.
